Casting is the age old craft of filling a mold with molten metal to create the object of desire. Some common methods of casting in use today are vacuum, centrifugal, and sand or clay. Both vacuum and centrifugal are known to produce rich detail. Below are pictures taken during a lost wax casting of gold jewelry.
